The dentist and her assistants were just amazing. She attended to my needs, as usual, and fixed the problem. Didn’t think it would be accurate at the time, but I came out smiling and feeling good. She’s the best, especially since dentists are really not my favorite medical doctors. Just scared of them. Keep up the good work.
Today, I had a tooth extraction with the surgeon, Dr. D. My appointment was scheduled at 12 noon and I arrived at 11:45am. After being there for 2 hours with no updates, I went back to desk to ask what the hold up was? The lady at desk looked puzzled as if she forgot me. I finally was seen after 30 more minutes, but imagine how longer I would have been there if I didn’t ask. Overall, the procedure was painless, minus the needle for Novocain but that’s expected. My appointment was at 9:00 am, but I arrived about 20 minutes earlier, and by 8:48 am, the dentist was finished with me. She did explain clearly what was being done and the procedure I had to follow. So far, everything seems fine. Always a pleasure to be greeted by the staff.

I had a 10:00am appointment and was called in at that time. The dentist explained everything that was being done, and I was taken care of and in no time I was out of the office. I was so surprised. I never had to sit and get frustrated waiting to be attended to. As usually, a very pleasant environment.
I am celebrating the awesome/brilliance service @ Dr Michael Hogan / Union Family Dental Office. The service was truly amazing/outstanding. And the turnaround time was just incredible. I am 72 years old and have never seen such amazing service. The staff was amazing staff I have seen greeted me with love and a smile that would just light up the sky in the dark.
