My experience was not great. Since coming I had a great deal of discomfort in the my jaw and tooth area which was worked on. It is just beginning to feel normal thank goodness. Again I was annoyed by the lack of professionalism. The dental assistant nor the dentist introduced themselves to me. They just began working on my mouth. The Assistant said you were here for one filling, correct I said yes, so she said here’s some numbing cream to put it in my mouth and left and the dentist came in and she says I’m gonna give you som... read more

Unfortunately, this time my appointment time was screwed up. I confirmed for 4:40 PM with the office then the day before my appointment someone texted me and asked me to come in at 4 PM which I confirmed that I would upon my arrival at 4 PM, the man at the front whom I’ve never seen before, asked me to have a seat which I did Everyone who came in afterwards went in ahead of me and I was sitting there for over an hour before I went in for my cleaning and check up. BE VERY CAREFUL. DONT BE FOOLED OR TRICKED!!! We work too hard for our money!!! OUR TEETH MATTER !!!!!This dental office said they can do a 5 tooth bridge but didn’t have the right experienced dentists to do the job. I wasted my time. People be careful. A lot of these reviews are based on 1st time visits. So they try to be nice on day one than rush you to do a review. Forget all that. The waiting time is longer than 45 minutes. They don’t put efforts on satisfactions instead they seem to be in a hurry on all days. One of the doctors cleaned my teeth instead of a hygienist. And the doctor was multitasking attending to me and another patient. Asked me to wait in the middle of the cleaning and came back after few Minutes. But they are very much interested in adding services so they can get paid more. I chose this place based on Dr Hogan’s credentials. Dr. Thaddeus Boucree is an oral surgeon working out of this practice. He performed an impacted wisdom tooth extraction on me on 3/9/23. He was very rough, and 24 hours later I am still bleeding from the procedure with swelling.
