I can hardly put into words how much we love & appreciate the care Union Hill Animal Hospital shows to our 2 dogs. Most recently my 16 yr old lab mix was acting abnormal (not wanting to keep her eyes open ). When I called the office, I expressed my concerns & told them I'd have to wait until my husband could get home from work to lift her into the car. We take both of our dogs to Union Hill. Dr Castle is wonderful and takes care of both of our sweet dogs! They are reasonably priced and as friendly as you could be. Make sure you take your pets to Union Hill!
Our new vet. She is also a animal chiropractor. Dr. Castle. We see her monthly for an adjustment. Our Boston Terrier, Logan, just turned eight. He is being treated for a hiatal hernia and an under active thyroid. He also has the requisite Georgia allergies. Dr. Castle and her staff have been so good to us. They are available to see us, if needed. I even called yesterday because Logan has a terrible itch. They assisted by phone. We are very grateful.
Got really weird vibes from the receptionist, so decided not to make an appointment and go elsewhere. Went in to see if they took new patients, since we moved nearby. Asked about well-check and vaccination appointments for 3 cats sometime in the next week or two since our old vet was now on the other end of the county. I brought my cat here with urinary issues and 2 weeks later my cat still has urinary issues. While having my cat treated he stayed twice for an overnight visit, I was asked if an employee could have my cat, Dr. Castle informs me my cat may have something more serious wrong with him...while laughing. After paying close to $300 and being asked to keep my pet there for longer than 26hrs I decided to cease treatment and pick my cat up. Our negative review regarding Dr Castle and Union Hills Animal Hospital we posted the other day seems to have been removed -- at least we can't find it on our computer. So, I am posting another 1 star review since 0 is not available.
