Great place full of caring instructors. My kids have been taking classes here for the past five year. Karate has definitely improved their confidence and physically fitness.

The staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, well maintained and appropriate for all ages and skill sets with a family friendly environment. They also offer an array of classes that appeal to all ages and fitness levels. I would strongly recommend United Fitness to anyone.

I had not been to a gym in years, preferring to workout at home. United Fitness has been a terrific place to expand my workout. They have all of the equipment I need and a very friendly, helpful staff. And, you can’t eat the hours.

My son has been going to karate since he was 3 and now is 9! Absolutely a great establishment. I highly recommend going here just for the sheer fact that all that is taught is remarkable. My child has respectable Sensi and has respect for them and the dojo, as well as for himself and others. Thank you for all that you have done in your teachings!

Great gym. Friendly and knowledgeable trainers. Highly recommend the challenge classes for anyone who enjoys a challenging workout, but doesn’t want to plan “what to do at the gym today?”
