Good gym, be better if open 24/7. My daughter works weird hours as a nurse and it’s closed when she gets home. Could use some newer equipment. Staff are great! Prices could be lower.
I love United fitness! I started when the pandemic started And wanted to use it as a great way to get out of my apartment, still be socializing and keeping the 6-ft distance and also working out to keep my body healthy. It was great because I got away from my apartment and I needed to see people. Then I lost track because of my job and life issues. I had not been to a gym in years, preferring to workout at home. United Fitness has been a terrific place to expand my workout. They have all of the equipment I need and a very friendly, helpful staff. And, you can’t eat the hours.
Great place full of caring instructors. My kids have been taking classes here for the past five year. Karate has definitely improved their confidence and physically fitness.
The staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, well maintained and appropriate for all ages and skill sets with a family friendly environment. They also offer an array of classes that appeal to all ages and fitness levels. I would strongly recommend United Fitness to anyone.
