Universal Builders of America was fantastic! The customer service that I received whether they were calling me, or I was calling them, was fantastic!
Overall, my experience was very smooth, and the customer service was exceptional.
I had several roofers go up on the roof for an estimate, and only Brit told me that I had wind damage and that I should put in a claim with my insurance company.
They were very quick and knew what they were doing. They finished in a timely fashion.

The people who helped me with the home inspection and informed me with details about what was going on and what would take place later were excellent. Anthony and Jon were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
They were great and wonderful to me. The boys did a good job.
