The employees are very knowledgable! I was walked through the process and was always informed about what was going on.
I was reluctant at first to sign with Universal Builders when they first appeared at my door. However, they did everything they said they would do and they worked closely with my insurance company to get the settlement price up to where it needed to be. They even came back after the job was done to add a cosmetic feature to the roof that didn't need to be done. I am happy with the overall experience and would use them again.
They did half of the job completely.
