Good product. Installation crew did a nice job. Would recommend. Good communication throughout.
TL;DR: The process rates a "Good", but not an "Excellent"The windows seem to be well made so far - on a 90°+ day, the A/C didn't run nearly as much as it has in the past.The installation crew was exceptionally nice & friendly. They changed their work priority to avoid my home office where I was actually working the first day they were here so they minimized my work interruptions.
