In most respects I was well pleased with Universal. They were quick to respond and emailed to keep me informed. Their price was the lowest of the four estimates I received. The windows were delivered in only seven weeks from the signing of the contract. The installer worked hard, replacing 12 windows in one day. Because of an injury he was unable to come back the next day as scheduled. I was not informed of this by Universal until I called them, a small glitch.
