The salesman was very knowledgeable about his product and the competitions product. Universal windows have more gas between the panes, use virgin compound for the frame materials, and have a seal that is tested for up to 125 years (simulated) without leaking! Since Ryan and his crew installed and wrapped my widows my house is noticeably warmer. I have already recommended them to a friend.
Installers were friendly and professional. Salesman was a little pushy but he sold the because he was freindly and Polite. The measurement guy was told we have a steel framed house and informed me I was incorrect, installers had some trouble because of the steel frames in our home and I told them I told the salesman and the Measurement guy and they didn't relay the message to them, and everyone else we have talked to from Universal Windows has been friendly and helpful.
