Inside windows were installed in mid-February. Outside was not done until March 8th. I called numerous times to ask about this. I was told they would be completed two weeks earlier than they were. I also requested to be notified a day prior, so that my daughter, who works remotely from my home, would be able to work elsewhere. I was not. I had specifically requested, again numerous times, that the rotted wood be replaced before installation. Had I not been home, this would not have been done.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about his product and the competitions product. Universal windows have more gas between the panes, use virgin compound for the frame materials, and have a seal that is tested for up to 125 years (simulated) without leaking! Since Ryan and his crew installed and wrapped my widows my house is noticeably warmer.
