Quality of door and installation was great. Customer service is considerably lacking. I say this because I was made two promises by the salesman,that I did not get in writing, and neither one of those promises came through. Then when we contacted Windows direct. It took three phone calls before I was able to speak to a manager who never called me back after saying he would look into the problem. I will not use universal windows direct again
