Very good workers.
Quality of door and installation was great. Customer service is considerably lacking. I say this because I was made two promises by the salesman,that I did not get in writing, and neither one of those promises came through. Then when we contacted Windows direct. It took three phone calls before I was able to speak to a manager who never called me back after saying he would look into the problem. I will not use universal windows direct again

The salesman, measuring men and installation crew were all very polite, knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. The windows look great and seem to be working so we've already raised the thermostat a degree on the daytime setting - we were getting too cold in July!
