Universal Windows did an outstanding job, timely manner, and courteous installers. The salesman that came out to our house, was very thorough, friendly, showed us all the different styles to choose from, explained each one, then went through our house and measured each window to order. He was excellent. They replaced all our old, wooden windows, with custom made vinyl windows, and a 3 panel, 9 foot patio door. What a big difference it made! I'd recommend them for all window and patio door needs!
We waited a long time before getting replacement windows than decided on universal windows. Excellent workmanship. No more cold air moving around in the winter and in the summer keeps the cool in No more condensation on the inside . Highly recommend Universal windows Plus pulls inside for cleaning
I had my windows put in last year, front start to finish the service was great . The staff and the guys who put my windows in were did a very professional job. Since then, it has improved the efficiency of my heating unit and lowered my bill. Special thanks to everyone. The woodwork is beautiful! I highly recommend this company. I'm sure you will be satisfied too.
My experience with universal windows was not positive. My salesman did not disclose the per window cost ( looking back now- he was definitely keeping his figures under wraps- just gave us a total cost- no breakdown which I should have asked for) and the fine print gives the customer 3 days to cancel - by the time we realized we had been over quoted- we were at day 4. This is the second time I had Universal Windows do a project for me, and I am very happy with the work they did replacing My 8' glass door in the back. The two gentlemen was very professional and they worked until the job was finished, I can't wait to get more of my windows replaced by them next. Great job guys.
