This was the worst experience. After they received my money I did not hear from anyone. I had to repeatedly reach out for updates until they finally scheduled the initial install where the installers proceeded to install the incorrect product despite me telling them that it was not right. I again attempted to reach out to anyone about the issue with no response. The first install was so bad that we had water coming in our door every time it rained and they removed our gutters without ever putting them back up. We went months... read more
Universal Windows did an outstanding job, timely manner, and courteous installers. The salesman that came out to our house, was very thorough, friendly, showed us all the different styles to choose from, explained each one, then went through our house and measured each window to order. He was excellent. They replaced all our old, wooden windows, with custom made vinyl windows, and a 3 panel, 9 foot patio door. What a big difference it made! I'd recommend them for all window and patio door needs!
We waited a long time before getting replacement windows than decided on universal windows. Excellent workmanship. No more cold air moving around in the winter and in the summer keeps the cool in No more condensation on the inside . Highly recommend Universal windows Plus pulls inside for cleaning
I had my windows put in last year, front start to finish the service was great . The staff and the guys who put my windows in were did a very professional job. Since then, it has improved the efficiency of my heating unit and lowered my bill. Special thanks to everyone. The woodwork is beautiful! I highly recommend this company. I'm sure you will be satisfied too.
The men were here promptly and did a wonderful job. They were professional and nice. They cleaned up whatever was needed and even cleaned the window. I would recommend them to anyone.
