Universal Windows did an outstanding job, timely manner, and courteous installers. The salesman that came out to our house, was very thorough, friendly, showed us all the different styles to choose from, explained each one, then went through our house and measured each window to order. He was excellent. They replaced all our old, wooden windows, with custom made vinyl windows, and a 3 panel, 9 foot patio door. What a big difference it made! I'd recommend them for all window and patio door needs!
The men were here promptly and did a wonderful job. They were professional and nice. They cleaned up whatever was needed and even cleaned the window. I would recommend them to anyone.
We waited a long time before getting replacement windows than decided on universal windows. Excellent workmanship. No more cold air moving around in the winter and in the summer keeps the cool in No more condensation on the inside . Highly recommend Universal windows Plus pulls inside for cleaning
So very pleased with my new windows!!! The whole process was super efficient and the installation went perfectly . Everyone I had contact with was very friendly and helpful answering all my questions. The window are beautiful!!
The UW Team did a good job. Had to review their work with changes. Afterwards, the work was redone to my approval and satisfaction. Job took longer than needed due to breaks and unhappiness. In the end, some work needs to be followed up on in several days in order to be considered totally complete. They were good at cleaning up. I would only refer UW to someone with specific instructions of making sure you cross your T's and dot your eyes to make sure everything is to your liking.
