University Hills is an amazing place to live at for both students at the university of Toledo as well as young adults! They host a lot of events and programs that try to foster a sense of community and they attempt to get residents involved with their neighbors. Tia is a good community manager and Caleb from maintenance is always helpful and works hard to resolve work orders in a timely manner. The neighbors here are respectful and usually keep to themselves. No big parties if you're looking for quite. Also, Megan the account manager has the cutest baby in the world!

Honestly, as a student there is nothing more I would need! They updated the carpet in the hallways. They got brand new washers and dryers (no more carrying quarters around. Yay!) I am allowed to have my puppy here, and the staff is so nice and attentive! I am so glad I chose to live here, and already renewed for next year!
I have been living in UHILLS since August 2018 and i have enjoyed my stay. I think it is a little overpriced for college students but it is what it is. I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the summer 2019. The leasing term starts from May-July. You are able to renew the lease for Fall 2019. The apartment is pet friendly, full access to gym facility, tanning beds and computer room. Willing to negotiate rent. Please contact me if you are interested. 614-598-1071

I have lived at a few different properties and this has been the best so far. The staff is quick to help and engaging. The environment is inviting and great place to call home. The apartments are spacious and the property is in a great location. The property manager is fantastic she is always wiling to assist. Highly recommend living here.
I have loved living at this community. The perks include safe, awesome resident events, awesome staff, and pet friendly!!! The property manager is so kind and friendly! She has made living at UHills such an enjoyable experience!! The apartments are super nice and cozy! Best apartments for UT students! Go Rockets!
I have lived here for a little bit over a year now and I could not be happier. The staff is always so nice and helpful, the darker lady always puts a smile on my face. Ashley is always so kind and helpful and tries to help as much as possible. This is the best place to live for the price and how close you are to campus saves you money from buying a parking pass on campus. The work out room is very nice and I love the tanning bed. Everything I need is all right by my apartment! Couldn't get any better than this!
