I went to urgent care due to mva that I had been previously treated for at ED in Ravenna. Due to no insurance I did have to pay up front for visit. The nurse practitioner came and talked to me and explained that they were not episode to help me with my medical needs. We discussed my options. They promptly refunded my payment. Very thankful for their time and attention!!!!
