So impressed with the staff here. Everyone from the front desk to intake and the practitioner on duty was wonderful. I hated to do it, but we got home from a long vacation drive at 7:30 pm and my son felt terribly sick. We came in 15 minutes before closing and they were kind and had him seen and tested for Covid, the flu and strep immediately (he has the flu). Very busy. I had made an appointment ahead of time online, and while I wasn’t seen at my appointment time, I was seen pretty quickly. The triage nurse was very nice, but the Dr that I saw was pretty dismissive and was trying to diagnose me with things based on symptoms I wasn’t even having. My sample had to be sent to a lab for testing, so I will know more in a few days but I was able to leave with some antibiotics, which I was able to purchase there for $15, which was nice. The medical professional I saw on Friday, January 3, 2025 was a complete waste of time. She did not listen to what was wrong with me. I told the medical assistant that checked me in that I had a sinus infection and my left ear was hurting. I explained the whole left side of my face had tons of pressure from the sinus infection. I explained that my mucus started out clear and was now a a greenish yellow. Great experience. My wife fell and fractured her leg. We went to the ER, but it was pure chaos, so we decided to leave. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed. The staff was professional and efficient. We were in and out in less than two hour. Marcy, Rhonda, and Patrick truly went the extra mile.
Everyone at this urgent care was awesome. They were professional and kept me comfortable while I waited for the doctor. They checked in a couple of times during my wait. The doctor was knowledgeable and took care of me quickly and professionally.
