One of the best experiences! The receptionist was pleasant. Jenn, made me feel relaxed; has excellent bedside manner; and is very personable with positive energy. Kassandra L VanSteenberg, APRN-CNP was attentive, caring, present, with an authentic and beautiful smile. She explained everything, and made me feel at ease. Oh! I can’t forget how gentle the nurse was who did my testing. She, too, explained the procedure and timing. Results were in MyChart in about 15 minutes, and were verbally communicated.
