I was seen on 1-12-26 by Tatiana K. who was very caring, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The male assistant who took my vitals, etc was good. I have been to this UH Urgent Care before and have always been very satisfied with their care as well as the Front Desk being friendly and efficient.

Great experience. I was in and out! Jason was so patient with me and took the time to explain everything. Kelsey did an amazing job at assisting in the eye procedure. Brittany was kind and courteous while triaging me. Pam was so kind and welcoming when I came in to when she checked us out! Great experience and I am immensely grateful to the team for taking care of me tonight.

Great! The staff members were excellent. Tatyana Kuvshinikov was very knowledgeable and explained what to expect over the following days. She took my personal health care needs into consideration and gave recommendations and concerns. She also stated that she would follow up with my PCP. I’m thankful for the care that I received.
