Been to this urgent care quite a few times the last couple years and my experience has been top tier every time. Most recently saw PA Tatyana and she was absolutely amazing! She was helpful, kind and made sure to cover all the basis and answer any questions I had. I will always recommend this facility any chance I get
I received excellent care from all the staff today. I went in feeling terribly on a Sunday afternoon, and everyone was kind and thorough. The process was smooth and they made sure that I had a treatment plan before I left. Debi and Keland (sp?) took great care of me. I highly recommend UH Urgent Care in Ashtabula.
The nurse misty was above and beyond very good at her job, she made me feel welcome and at ease. I was so worried about the shot she was giving me. And she was gently. The Dr talked to me in terms that I could understand very well My experience was the best thank you all for your service
I am very pleased with the care and treatment I received from Dr. Bowers, Michelle, Meghan, and Krista! They explained everything and checked on me while I was waiting for x-ray. Everything went smoothly and the medication helped tremendously! They are a great team! Thank you so much!
Krista, Maddie and Dr Bowers were very thorough and efficient! I’ve been here twice and the staff is great, facility is clean, and they are always helpful! Thanks again, for your efficiency and knowledge. This burn on my arm is healing nicely thanks to you!
