Nurse Diane was very pleasant and efficient. The Nurse Practitioner, Brittany, was thorough in her examination and conscientious in her diagnosis as well as to what medication to prescribe. She spent time with me explaining her decision in the diagnosis which I appreciated. The Receptionist at the Front desk was polite and friendly.

All of the ladies who assisted me were amazing! Dee was kind and helpful when checking me in. Meghan had SO much compassion while triaging me. Brittany was incredibly thorough and truly listened to everything that I was experiencing and Bodey was so sweet and supportive when it came to giving me my X-rays! 10/10 experience!

From checking in at the reception desk to triage nurse and Courtney Kantola, LNP the entire staff was very friendly and professional. It was the first time I had been to UH Urgent Care Ashtabula and the facility was spotless. This is a 5 star facility and I'm so happy it is so close to drive from Conneaut.
