I received excellent care from all the staff today. I went in feeling terribly on a Sunday afternoon, and everyone was kind and thorough. The process was smooth and they made sure that I had a treatment plan before I left. Debi and Keland (sp?) took great care of me. I highly recommend UH Urgent Care in Ashtabula.
The nurse misty was above and beyond very good at her job, she made me feel welcome and at ease. I was so worried about the shot she was giving me. And she was gently. The Dr talked to me in terms that I could understand very well My experience was the best thank you all for your service
I am very pleased with the care and treatment I received from Dr. Bowers, Michelle, Meghan, and Krista! They explained everything and checked on me while I was waiting for x-ray. Everything went smoothly and the medication helped tremendously! They are a great team! Thank you so much!

Slowest urgent care in the area. Even when there is only one other patient than you and you're there 15 minutes after they open on a Friday. It would've been quicker to go through the local Emergency Department at the hospital. No other patients in the building waited an hour to see "Tatiana."
