The best care ever- the staff was incredible. They were very caring and efficient. I was even able to get my prescription there so I could go straight home to rest. The physician assistant was amazing (Tatiana) - very caring and thorough!
The staff were polite and courteous. I had a very good experience. Exceptional care. I wanted to add that someone from the office took the time to check on me the next day! Impressive!
The employees working the front desk were very kind and helpful! There was a bit of a wait but I really needed their help so I was patient. Dr. Bowers was very thorough with his questions and directions. Thank you all for the help! I feel better already
I was very happy with my entire UH Urgent Care experience today. Everyone was pleasant from the Front Desk, the nurse who took my vitals, etc. The Waiting Room and Exam rooms were nice and clean. The Dr. was very thorough, friendly and explained my diagnosis in detail. I would definitely recommend this UH Urgent Care facility.
I had a very positive experience here. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional, and the Dr was very informative, in treating me, so I'm very glad I scheduled an appointment here. If needed I will certainly visit this Urgent Care again in the future. Thank you!
