I was very satisfied with my recent visit to the UH Urgent Care in Ashtabula !! My acute condition was treated accurately and successfully. The receptionist - Deahvah was welcoming & friendly. She explained the procedures needed & did her job well. The nurse - Debi was competent & confidently suggested potential testing that helped to identify my problem. The employees working the front desk were very kind and helpful! There was a bit of a wait but I really needed their help so I was patient. Dr. Bowers was very thorough with his questions and directions. Thank you all for the help! I feel better already
I was very happy with my entire UH Urgent Care experience today. Everyone was pleasant from the Front Desk, the nurse who took my vitals, etc. The Waiting Room and Exam rooms were nice and clean. The Dr. was very thorough, friendly and explained my diagnosis in detail. I would definitely recommend this UH Urgent Care facility.
I had a very positive experience here. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional, and the Dr was very informative, in treating me, so I'm very glad I scheduled an appointment here. If needed I will certainly visit this Urgent Care again in the future. Thank you!
Went here after ARMC did absolutely nothing to help me when I was in a crazy amounts of pain. They spent way more time evaluating me and I was able to go home and rest finally instead of only being handed a referral. Quick and out the door instead of waiting around for 3 hours.
