I was very happy with my entire UH Urgent Care experience today. Everyone was pleasant from the Front Desk, the nurse who took my vitals, etc. The Waiting Room and Exam rooms were nice and clean. The Dr. was very thorough, friendly and explained my diagnosis in detail. I would definitely recommend this UH Urgent Care facility.
I was very satisfied with my recent visit to the UH Urgent Care in Ashtabula !! My acute condition was treated accurately and successfully. The receptionist - Deahvah was welcoming & friendly. She explained the procedures needed & did her job well. The nurse - Debi was competent & confidently suggested potential testing that helped to identify my problem. I was seen rather quickly and the doctor was very caring and concerned with why I was there. She prescribed medication for me and told me if my redness and swelling got any worse to immediately go to the emergency room. She was very thorough and professional
Everyone was polite and I had no issues with anyone. My wait time was due to being there at a peak hour and more patients in front of me. The Physicians Assistant that saw me was thorough and explained everything to me about my ear infection and possible side effects of the medication.
The doctor was very attentive and knowledgeable. He was thorough but quick and very helpful. Best urgent care visit we’ve experienced yet. Thank you
