Tatyana was very knowledgeable and smart. The front desk was very nice. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the nurse could have been nicer and have more empathy for someone in pain. The nurse also tell me I should pump up the ankle boot.

The doctor and nurse were very pleasant, and took the time necessary to review my symptoms. They did a swap for testing various viruses and I got the results back quickly. The only negative thing was the wait time. I spent over an hour between the waiting room and the patient room. I understand that you can’t control that but when you do t feel well, sitting there for more than an hour feels like a long time.
Just want to say thank you! I was feeling miserable and the nurse practitioner and everyone from the moment I came in was amazing.
