The nurse was very good, the doctor was excellent and listened well to develop a plan with the patient

This is the first time I ever visited UH urgent care in Avon, Ohio. I had always previously used a different urgent care in Avon and honestly, the difference was night and day. it was easy to make an appointment, I got in right away, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and caring. The physician I saw was amazing and his name was Luke. I wish more people were like him.
