You were EXCELLENT!!!! From beginning to end, I cannot imagine anything could have been better!!! From receptionist desk, to the nurse who took my vitals and information…. EXCELLENT!!! And the Nurse Practitioner I saw was EXTRAORDINARY!!!! She asked me just the right questions and made me feel so much better about coming in when I thought “maybe this is just dry eye from all the windy cold weather!!! There were not a lot of people there and I was seen very fast. They did tests for strep, Covid, flu, etc., to make sure I was ok. Had a bad sinus infection. Will be back to f I need anything else.

Most EXCELLENT! The ease of scheduling an appointment, the friendliness and professionalism of the reception and medical professionals was outstanding. The comfort and ease of care from the medical staff was welcoming. Everything needed was provided, even x-rays required for a complete diagnosis. The website was easy to set up the appointment, which made the check-in quick . The triage nurse was efficient. The PA that examined me listened to my concerns and took them into account for the prescribed treatment. It was well organized.
