Friendly staff, close to home! Listened to my symptoms, swabbed my throat. Nice to have quick results. Then the nurse practitioner met with me, reviewed the findings, asked how I had been managing my symptoms and reassured me to continue doing so. Also instructed me to come back if a fever develops.

Fairly quick and to the point. Only complaint is that the entire staff never seems overly friendly here. Not mean but also not welcoming. A little compassion makes a huge difference.
