This is the first time I ever visited UH urgent care in Avon, Ohio. I had always previously used a different urgent care in Avon and honestly, the difference was night and day. it was easy to make an appointment, I got in right away, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and caring. The physician I saw was amazing and his name was Luke. I wish more people were like him.

Made my appointment on line with ease. Tried to register online it was terrible. On the phone for 1/2 hour and still couldn’t register. Went to the Urgent Care and the lady at the desk took care of me. No waiting. Got in to see nurse and doctor right away. Diagnosed and sent home. Excellent service. But computer registering was terrible.
