My son was evaluated for an ear infection and possible strep throat. Although the throat swab was negative, the provider spent approximately two minutes with my son, barely examined his ears or mouth, and stated, “I’m not worried about it.” By the next day, my son developed a red eye related to the ear infection. Despite this, the office will not assist or prescribe antibiotics unless we pay for another visit, even though it has been less than 24 hours since the initial appointment.

Scheduled an appointment for 11AM. Arrived at 11AM and wasnt escorted to a room until 11:45AM. I had an X-RAY done and the results were posted roughly 15 minutes later online from the radiologist and was negative. After waiting for quite awhile, I asked about just leaving because I already had my results; I was told I had to wait for the Physician to "finish a procedure" before being discharged. Overall bad experience. Didn’t feel listened to and Asked for a doctor’s note for work I never got. My Husband also went there and had a bad experience his second time as well. Felt unheard for his concerns. Will recommend to all family and friends to not come here.
