No long wait but the Dr. Christopher made me feel uneasy for one he came in introduced himself asked what was going on with me I told him the symptoms I was experiencing he was like he already knew I was contagious before getting my results. If that being the case he should have had a mask on instead keeping distance from me the only time he didn’t keep his distance was to check to see how my lungs sound. I asked to be tested for something specifically and was told it wasn’t indicated yet I have to pay for this visit so I should have been tested on what I came for had to go to minute clinic to get tested . Ridiculous other than that everything’s good.
I usually really like this urgent care and the people are very welcoming and understanding. My visit was good a few days ago but, when I called this Monday 3/2 at around 1:10pm or so. A woman answered the call with the opposite energy. From when she answered the phone to when she let out this big sigh as I was just asking about my test results then put me on hold and never got back to me. The call ended up telling me to leave a voicemail.
