The process was so quick and painless… literally. Only waited about 10 minutes before I was taken into exam room. In and out in an hour!

We scheduled an online appt for 10:55am. The doctor came into the room at 12:30pm.

I registered for appt. Checked in at desk and admin failed to check me in. After waiting 40 min , I begin to get texts chevkinv on my whereabouts. I checked at front desk and was assured that I was checked in then suddenly was asked to complete forms and told I was now checked in. After another 40 min was called back and waited for 30 min to be seen by PA. PA was great.

Diagnosis was good but the wait time once I got into a room was about an hour with no one checking to make sure I was ok.
Seemed very racist . Had a 130 appointment which I know is placeholder however several walk in of another ethnic group came in way after and was seen before . I didn’t get seen until after 3 was there for possible concussion all they did was done a shot and say follow one ER if still hurting no rays or nothing when my mom kept asking when will I be seen she overheard them saying tell her anything will never visit there again I’d rather travel and take the risk

I felt the day I was there and after I paid the fee, I was given good service, but the prescription she gave me I had a severe allergic reaction to, and I tried to call her back. They would not let me talk to her! I tried again the next day and told them that I’m going out of the country tomorrow and needed a refill on file if my face and neck severely swells up again.
