The person in the front desk was very pleasant and explained everything in details about my copay. The nurse was very kind and helpful. She made me feel comfortable. Even though there was only one provider available, I did not have to wait long. The provider was professional, efficient and courteous. Will definitely be back if I ever encounter any health issues.

Second time I went to this UH urgent care. I was very pleased and was treated respectfully both times. The wait was not bad either. I use to go to Independence Express care but will not go there ever again. When I’m sick this will be my go-to place.
