RecommendedI’m not a client and haven’t actually been inside the building but just wanted to start a slow clap for whoever does your SIGN work. Driving by for more than a year, someone who works there is freaking hilarious. I was dangerously close to spitting coffee across my dash this morning and I’m here for it. Keep up the great work.
I've been coming to this veterinary hospital for years. Today I had to wait for close to 2 hours with a petrified kitty and a toddler. The front desk receptionists and tech were very helpful and nice and even helped me with my toddler that wasn't into sitting still. The vet didn't even spend 10 mins with me and I got home and had to call back because I am still very confused. I have some conflicting feelings on staying with this vet. Very disappointed in the vet I saw, Connie Sawyer. Maybe some of the other vets are better, but I won’t be returning. Ms. Sawyer was unhelpful, unknowledgeable to the point of rude.
Update: after promising to write this review, they claim to have cancelled my balance. I brought my dog in for treatment and though I know not intentional, made my dog's condition significantly worse on the same day. Obviously it was the wrong treatment but I know they had good intentions. However, they told me several times that day that we could come back if it got worse so we did within a few days and we were charged again for the same exam and only to be told that now we had to go see a specialist. My dog came home with scabs all over her nose. And they were suppose to give us a senior citizen discount and when it became time to pay she said it was given and it wasn't. . I hate being lied to
