Alway accommodate without an appointment and a very respectful and caring staff . I love the compassion , caring and time Dr Wolansky gives me .
Your office staff should be able to give the patient their paid statement and office procedures before they leave the office, especially when it’s self pay. I’ve been waiting over a week, I’ve emailed and called and was told they would call when it’s done. I have to send it to my insurance company so I can be reimbursed. I only have a short time to do this. Other than this issue I was very pleased with my visit.
