Kyle, we are sorry you do not agree with the Virginia State Inspection rules regarding torn wiper blades. When our staff presented you with the estimate for the inspection and other repair(Valve cover gasket and other maintenance) you agreed to the other work but said you would secure your own wiper blades. Our manager even offered to install your blades while the vehicle was in the shop to save you from having to return to have your vehicle Re-inspected.
