I discovered I had a gash in my right front tire & immediately called University Tire. They had what I needed in stock and I was able to arrange to get it installed at my convenience later in the same day. Very responsive!
I was treated respectfully and my wait was very short even though I had no appointment.
The store on Airport Road has always traeted me fair. The guys up front are polite and knowledgeable. Service is prompt. Shuttle service is very handy. My only problem from my last visit was not getting price estimates on the brake repairs that they recommended. The receipt did list recommendations and I probably could have requested a separate print out with price estimates. A minor problem...
The people behind the desk were courteous and professional. They were able to get an odd sized tire the same day and get them on my car. totally satisfied.
I love the people at University Tire & Auto Center - Forest Lakes. They always take the time to explain what is happening with my vehicle. Their estimates are always spot on. The work is always top notch. This is the ONLY place I take my vehicles for service.
This store has worked on both my '07 Saab and my daughter's '06 Saturn, and each time I've received excellent and friendly service. My wife's '07 Subaru will need tires in a few months so I will purchase them here.
