verry prompt and professional
University Tires constantly uses the tactic of up sales and prices appears to be inflated. Trys to force you into an immediate decision. The conversation starts out nicely and innocent then seems to turn unpleasant once you reject the up sales tactic. They often remain me of a used car salesman. You go in for an oil change they attempt to up sale other services adding hundreds of dollars. Thank God for common sense and a lack of fear to be pressured into additional services.
Went in for tires ONLY... and the vehicle was given a "courtesy" check which revealed a battery on its way to battery heaven. They replaced it.. without telling me they were going to charge 80 bucks to do something I've done multiple times myself for free. They told me my sway bar links were loose as well. 75 bucks for that. A sway bar link is nothing more than a metal rod, essentially, thats threaded on both ends. Upscale selling. Money Money Money. Little help. Employees not on time.
Horrible. Go elsewhere! They will tell you to come in and then will not be able to get it in that day, or even maybe the next. They will pad the work order with extra jobs that are debatable and then overcharge. Learned my lesson. Go somewhere else. Inspection at this repair station is a masjid rip off due to all the invented repairs.
