RecommendedAbsolutely amazing! Had my last two RVs' warranty work performed at the dealerships and it was a complete disaster with them having the RVs for months and no repairs or not accurate repairs. Took my RV here for some self-created damage and they fixed it perfectly along with two items the dealer said need to be replaced (wrong). Answered every call or called back same day if there was no answer. Worked through the issues COVID, or the reaction thereto, has caused and got me going again.

RecommendedThere workmanship is very good, there timeliness of getting the RV into the shop was excellent and there delivery time was good. Their customer relations could stand improvement, but I think some of that is due to the amount of work they are getting.They were very accommodating with my questions and concerns and had no problem letting me come over and view the progress whenever I wanted. Huge facility and large staging area. Didn't feel like the RV was being "crammed" in. KUDOS to Matt and Josh.
