This was a great car buying experience! I bought a Jeep out-of-state, and Henry was a great to send lots of pictures and videos to make sure I knew what I was buying was quality. Henry always followed up with questions very fast and knowledgeable and tried to make this whole process very easy. Jason in finance did a great job moving this deal through and making this a fast and secure process. They both did a great job, and I recommend this dealership.

Bought a nice used vehicle from Unlimited Motors Elwood. Vehicle is exactly what I expected! Dealer was easy to work with on negotiating the deal. Provided out the door quote including estimated trade value prior to coming in to look at said vehicle. From the time I arrived to look at the vehicle, deal was done and I was out the door in under 2 hours. Dealer offered additional add-ons including an extended warranty but I politely declined and they did not force them. I would likely buy from them again.

We visited the location 4 times for the same vehicle and requested a new salesman after our 2nd visit. The 1st guy seemed more interested in selling his side business than selling the car. The 2nd guy was WAY better and we were happy with his willingness to help. Jason did his job at finance. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is the car was not detailed, a simple wash would have been nice the inside was good.
