I purchased ouit of state and second I signed off, the entire team stoppeed communicating. My credit was ran more than 12 times and I feel scammed. They were open, kind and friend until the deal closed. I have no idea when my car is to arrive and being told I will hear back only to go two days and nothing. Do not trust them. I have been told 10 times, I will be called back and nothing

Was interested in a Audi SQ5 that they had on their lot. Had already an approval through my bank, and issue was that their title did not have the dealership name on it! Now why in the world would that be. Didn't hear anything back from the dealer at all, my bank had to call and tell me the owner did not want to make that change. Sad if you tell me, you give up a sell just cause you are to lazy to update the title correctly as it should be.
I bought a Jeep from this dealer 2 months ago. When I bought it they gave me paper work stating that they owed me the soft top which they had to get from the previous owner and it would take a couple weeks. 2 months later I had been speaking with Duane and now can not get a response regarding what they owe me. They have my money and I don't have what they sold me in completion. Still hoping to get this resolved but at this doubting it will be honored and would not recommend this dealership. my 18 year old son just bought his first truck, after looking around he found what he wanted in elwood ind at unlimited motors, fairly new car lot we dealt with andy very helpful and went out of his way to help us, however we took the truck to our mechanic and brought it back to dealer ship witha few questions and a few things that needed to be fixed first, andy was gone at this time and had to deal with gm and an other employee. both which was very unhelpful and rude they didnt act like they cared if they sold the truck or ... read more
