This clinic is a real scam. They charge but don't refund for services not rendered. Then they respond to complaints in a beautiful manner, but still keep your money. Stay away.

Your front staff was very nice and helpful. I went back to an examine room quickly and sat in the examine room for 2.5 hours. CMe in with a complaint about my knee. Not one of your health professionals looked at it touched it etc. they took X-rays and after I opens the examine room and asked if anyone was going to help me the NP barely walked in the room said it’s not broken here is a script for an ultra sound and a prescription for naproxen.

Sign in process out of order ( Too slow). Sign in sheet may help. Could’ve gone to the ER which is what I was trying to avoid. Took 2 hours and 15 min to see be though I had an appointment 15 min after I arrived and took 1-2 people ahead of me. Some providers are not as fast as others. Took after 1 hour, still wasn’t done for 2 infusions.
The nurse practitioner is prescribing antibiotics for something she didn’t even test. Giving the same generic combo for ever patient. This could be dangerous leading to abx resistance

I have never been to your walk in before I arrived. They told me to use the kiosk to check in which I did I filled everything out and went up to the girl I said, do you want my insurance card?
