My visit and care was amazing I started with requesting an appointment on line I received a text saying someone would call at 9 am I called got in at 930 all staff was professional explained in layman’s terms I left feeling better from treatments,and care I would highly recommend dr g

My foot was swollen and I thought that I had gout, so I went to Dr. G's urgent care. The did not take my insurance and they DOUBLE charged me for the same visit! When I called the billing department they wanted me to provide them with all of the charge information, when they already have it. What a joke! Is this how they run a business, double charging everyone. The care that I received was also unsatisfactory. They spent maybe 5 minutes with me, gave me some prescriptions and sent me home.

Front desk lady is very mean person, she doesn’t care about costumer service, also she is not good doing her job 3 people complain about her in less the 15 minutes. Unfortunately she didn’t give me her name I was in the place yesterday She charges to my 265 dollar when the same vaccine is for free in Publix, can you imagine her service ??
