I moved here recently and have not established any doctors yet. I have used this clinic 5 times in the past 2 months. While the office could use some better furnishings and decorating the service I have received from the two nurse practioners has been excellent and professional. I have not had any issues with billing. I especially value that this clinic is open on Saturdays and Sundays and is located just a minute from Louden Hospital if more urgent care is required.

Filling out the paperwork on my phone is the best thing about this place, but other places offer it too. The receptionist was fine, the medical assistant was good, but the Nurse Practitioner named Tammi Hipski has a rude demeanor, especially towards children. She was clearly more interested in trying to get out of doing her job by going on about what she couldn't do, rather than what she could. On 12-9-2014 worst nurse ever. Was there and a man was up and down on the counters, cold and even worse the blonde nurse I had was cold with TERRIBLE BED SIDE MANOR. She didn't care about patients a bit. The doc was ok but they can't get their billing correct. Still trying to charge me a co pay and as before they know I don't have one. They refuse to go back and use the correct S for copay. Never ever again.

Charged $700 for a 5 minute visit. Nothing was done but told to come back if swelling got worse. Visit was 30 days ago and I got a demand letter from collections before I even got the first bill. Take your business somewhere else!

Just to let your know the wait time in Lenoir city is awful. Signed in at 945am and had 12 people in front of me. Still waiting at 12:15 and not seen yet. Go online to see your place in line and it doesn't work. Try to schedule and appointment in r the morning and it doesn't work either. 3 hrs I could have gone to my regular physician and back and picked up my medicine already. Found out we had been exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid. We are high risk, so rushed here without an appointment. We were seen in about 30 minutes. Told us we would have results in 24 hours and for sure they would call us. 48 hours later we call them. Oh, they have results....fortunately we were both negative. I got a call from a representative after my initial review. He said he was going to speak with his supervisor about my negative experience and call me back. Two months later and not a word. I could have died if I would have listened to their "doctor" and they can't even call me back.

Very "shady" billing practices and shotty service. I will never use this group again...beware if you do.
