Dr kocurek was very unprofeasional, didn't make me feel any better about my kidney stone situation. Bullied me into numerous tests and then wanted me to come in for another $260 office visit to get results, when previously in the office he said results would be read over phone. Then he proceeded to tell me over the phone that he wasn't a dr to help people for free, but in it for the money. So unprofeasional! Worst customer service. Everything out of their mouths is "it's the patients responsibility." Well I hope they realize that they have a responsibility too. They schedule me 6 months in advance then call to tell me they have to reschedule because the doctor is going on vacation. I go in to get my blood work today to prepare for the appointment. The front desk woman said btw you need a referral. My response was well you all called me just yesterday to reschedule my appointment that I scheduled 6 months prior, how come they did... read more
