This place is just too big. When I make a phone call and there are 63 patients ahead of me in the phone queue, that's a dead give away. Some phone calls are returned; some aren't. Some are returned several days later. Care is usually good when I am there for an appointment.

my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled without being informed followed by a letter saying there is a $50 fee for missed appointments. A week later my uncle was taken for his appointment and the office was closed. Calling their number is impossible to talk to someone. Endless prompts.
Have spent months trying to work on care issues with no results. Very poor care of patients and communication is non existent. DO NOT USE THESE DOCTORS.
So, I had an appointment at Urology of Indiana Greenwood today and they were horrible! I've been there multiple times, and they do the same thing each time. 1) See how much I can pee on my own. 2) Do an ultrasound of my bladder to see how much is left. 3) Discuss options Today, the nurse didn't bring a blood pressure cuff so she just skipped it. Then, she didn't have me give a urine sample like I do at every appointment. Then when I asked about it she said "I didn't want to be insensitive". As if people who use wheelchai... read more
