My first encounter was a year ago as an inpatient for stuck kidney stones. Dr Raybourne did my surgery on a Saturday and was wonderful! I’ve since had more stones removed six times. I’ve had 5 different docs but they always got me scheduled very quickly. All of the docs I’ve had have been great! I see Crystal (NP) as my provider and I find her to also be kind, caring, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She seems to genuinely care about my health and issues. All l needed was the Dr to order catheters for me. After my surgery 5/6 years ago that made my life tremendously difficult. You should have done better.

I found the people I worked with to be very helpful and pleasant. My doctor was definitely concerned about my health and treated me well. The problem is now cleared up and I am on a follow-up schedule to ensure that it doesn’t return (since I am a diabetic). I would definitely recommend this practice.

My normal urologist Dr. Salvas was out of office so I had to see Dr. Kitley. Dr. Kitley has wonderful bedside manner, listens to his patients and is willing to take the time needed. I've seen Dr. Salvas for 18 years due to stones and he is amazing! I would also recommend Dr. Kitley and would feel comfortable letting him perform surgery on me! Surgery scheduler Angie is a gem!

Dr. Pan has alwats been professional and answers all my questions. The regular staff are also professional and helpful explaining what to expect from my visit. NP wonderful. Office staff are kind and helpful.
