RUN AWAY! I just completed a refinance transaction with US Mortgageline and it was as BAD an experience as you could possible imagine. I don't know if it was just sheer incompetence, gross negligence and/or something else. But everything they told me was wrong, every deadline (and there were MANY of them) and expectation they set for themselves was missed and simply every aspect of the transaction was done wrong.
