2 years ago we got some plastic things that go around our pipes on our roof replace because watar was leaking from rain. It the time I didn't like how they never asked if a time or date was good for them to come over. They just said we will be here at this date and time. I let it slide because I'm a nice person. well 2 years later we have another leak in a different spot but close to the one 2 years ago. Caused damage to sunroom ceiling. Lost my file, sent in my copy and questioned if they installed roll roof. Seemed to avoid the situation with I'm out of town and need to get the paperwork from Atlanta office after he'd already told me they couldn't find it.
