Paige was very responsive to any questions I had in this process and kept me informed of the progress. Because of Paige I was able to get a competitive Interest rate on the mortgage. Due to the "fixer upper" nature of this home and the difficulty of obtaining Property Insurance Paige convinced me to escrow enough funds to satisfy an insurer and I was able to obtain Homeowners insurance to complete the process.
