Service is horrible. A 2 hour wait past your scheduled appointment time is normal. Clients time is definitely not a concern for Dr Grey's office. Information provided is minimal and informative

My visit to this doctor was terrible! He is cold - no bedside manner whatsoever, and arrogant. When you have the misfortune to be dealing with cancer of any kind, you need someone who is kind and compassionate and willing to explain things without making you feel unintelligent. Dr. Gray is the complete opposite of that. I will not be going back to him. My advice would be to seek out another doctor.

I was diagnosed with stage 1A NSCLC in 2016. I was having scans every 4 months to monitor should there be a recurrence. Dr Gray seemed very complacent when reviewing my scans. When my husband and I would question him about our concerns that the cancer had returned he would just blow us off. Finally we insisted on a PET scan which showed not only had it returned it had spread. We finally went to the Huntsman and was relieved to find that they were as concerned as we were and took immediate action. Because of Dr Gray myself an... read more

I've been diagnosed with a condition that increases my risk for cancer. They were nice but both he and Jan Davis said "It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when." From what I understood my chances of getting cancer were NOT 100%. I considered that bad psychology and went to Huntsman where it was determined that my risk was under 25%. Dr Gray & Jan had talked to me about considering a dbl mastectomy but at Huntsman it was explained that would be overkill. So glad I changed clinics!

I have been trying to get in to see dr gray with a blood clotting disorder and his receptionist/scheduler/whoever she is Debbie is the rudest person ever. I actually work for a doctor and is being referred by her to see him and I would never treat my patients the way this girl does. I am cancelling my referral and going to another doctor that actually cares.

I saw Dr. Gray for a minor issue regarding a blood disorder, NOT cancer related. I was referred by my OB. Dr. Gray spent all of 2 minutes with me, and was very dismissive of my problem. He was zero help, and worse, made me feel kind of stupid for even going in. Maybe he thought my issue was silly when he sees cancer patients all day, but still, a patient is a patient. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. (His NP, Dr. Davis, was great).
