We loved it! We stayed in #44 it was next to the club house very convenient to go to the pool and not a long walk over to the new water feature which my grandkids loved ! We always go to Tuacahn which is very close I think about 6 miles and we like to go to Gunlock Res. Which is only 17 miles away! The house was clean had everything we needed, the people we worked with to book were very nice just an overall great experience! I have already given the name and number to several of my friends ! Thank you so much!

This vacation rental was fantastic! I shared a house with 4 other moms and 8 other kids and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The house was very well stocked, everything organized and very clean. Lots of pool noodles, a great wagon, pool towels, house towels, hair dryers, even stools under every sink which was great for all of our kids! I would highly recommend staying at one of the UBVR houses. You will not be disappointed!
Fun for the whole family!
Beautiful homes. UBVR was very easy to work with. We had a family reunion with 87 people. Each family rented houses through out the park. Everyone had a great time. Some enjoyed off-site activities like Zions and Sand Hollow and others just stayed at Paradise Village the whole time enjoying all the amenities. There is talk of another reunion in the future and this was supposed to only be a once in a lifetime event.
We have been using UBVR for 6 years now and they do an amazing job! We just finished having the time of our lives!

We rented a home in Paradise Village for 5 nights. The home had all the items we needed. Plenty of towels and bedding. The rental was very clean. We are a family of 6. Our children loved the bunk room. We came for the kids pool area and it was not a disappointment. My 4 year old loved the lazy river and the snow cones. We will be back next year. Most of all I felt the cost was very affordable for the home and amenities.
