Beautiful homes. UBVR was very easy to work with. We had a family reunion with 87 people. Each family rented houses through out the park. Everyone had a great time. Some enjoyed off-site activities like Zions and Sand Hollow and others just stayed at Paradise Village the whole time enjoying all the amenities. There is talk of another reunion in the future and this was supposed to only be a once in a lifetime event.
We have been using UBVR for 6 years now and they do an amazing job! We just finished having the time of our lives!

We rented a home in Paradise Village for 5 nights. The home had all the items we needed. Plenty of towels and bedding. The rental was very clean. We are a family of 6. Our children loved the bunk room. We came for the kids pool area and it was not a disappointment. My 4 year old loved the lazy river and the snow cones. We will be back next year. Most of all I felt the cost was very affordable for the home and amenities.
Our family recently stayed in PVZ#3 and had a fantastic time. The home had everything we needed and more. They even had a highchair and pack 'n play for our little one so we didn't have to haul any of the big items to be able to have her taken care of. The home was clean and well appointed. We had one tiny issue of the fire pit not working but one phone call and maintenance was there within 30 minutes and had it repaired quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
so great. every time I needed anything they answered literally within minutes. the house was set up perfectly for a great vacation and everything was fantastic!! we will definitely stay with them again!!
The house was very clean & spacious! Comfortable beds in every room & a fully stocked kitchen! The pool was refreshing & the game room brought a new sense of excitement and activities for our family! We would definitely stay here again! The hosts were very nice and responded quickly to all my questions! Loved it!!
We stayed in the Paradise Village at Zion. We l❤️ved our stay. So close to the pool. Beautifully kept grounds. The home was immaculate. Loved the new water park. So close to hiking, and biking trails in Snow Canyon. We loved the kitchen, and barbeque. Our only problem was the incredibly slow WiFi. Everything else more than made up for that. Truly cannot say enough good! We are excited to plan another vacation here again!
