The website is very straight forward and easy to use, I received a call immediately after I put my information in. The customer service representative was a bit rude and was annoyed maybe because of all the things he was offering, I was only interested in the internet service but even still, he wasn't that friendly and although I got a Nest for $100 with signing with Frontier internet service $70 (with taxes) every month, the overall interaction was unpleasant.
