I recently shipped my car from Colorado to California and had very specific time frame for the delivery as I was going to travel just a few days after my move. UZ Auto and specifically Nick and Brian made sure my car can make it in time! I really appreciate Brian working hard with me to arrange the shippment, he was soo nice, polite and understanding, I can’t say enough about him! He’s a rockstar! I recently traded in my car with Vroom and Terrell McMillan delivered my new car. It was delivered with a flat tire (all vroom’s fault, not UZ or Terrell) and he went out of his way to help get me on the road. Spent two hours working with me to help me get my tire inflated. My experience with Vroom has been sorely lacking, but my experience with UZ and Terrell has been stellar! Thanks so much for everything Terrell!

UZ Auto Transport and Kevin were wonderful to work with. They are aged for our vehicle to picked up on the day we wanted and deliver It to us safely and on time. Kevin was very responsive and customer focused and selected an equally wonderful driver to pick up ans transport our vehicle. Wow!!! UZ is AWESOME. Getting my car where it needed to go was so easy with their help. Pick up was simple and drop off even easier. I never expected to get my car back across the country in 2-1/2 days but yes, I did! Easy to work with, reasonable price and so responsive. They made a loyal customer here and I’m very grateful. I worked with UZ Auto to ship my Altima from California to Colorado. The pickup and dropoff were smooth and the total trip time very efficient. I worked with Nick in customer service as my point of contact who was super helpful and accessible throughout. 100% would recommend and work with again

I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Uz. The driver kept me posted every step of the way. His text informed that he would arrive for delivery at 6pm. He pulled up a few minutes before 6. Also, I texted a question to him after the delivery. One that should have been asked of the company I purchased the car from. But even after he'd completed the job for me he texted helpful info. An enthusiastic ***** rating!
