The process was very easy and I never felt pressured to select extra services. Everyone was very positive and welcoming. Dr.Z and his staff were so friendly, caring, professional and had excellent bedside manners.
Dr. Z was just so inviting, I was extremely nervous and he just guided me along and answered all questions I had.
