Dr. Afshari and staff did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and they answered all of my (many) questions. He set realistic expectations and he made me feel like all my problem areas would be addressed without trying to upsell me on procedures I was not interested in.
Everyone was extremely friendly and sensitive to my needs. I feel confident with Dr. Lyly’s past work and Dr. Z’s choice in adding her to the team.

Everyone from the front desk all the way through the office was extremely friendly and compassionate. I never once felt like I was just another patient being moved through the process. I felt welcomed and cared for by each person I spoke with at the office.
