She was personable and professional.
Dr Truong was very professional. My concern was with the office. I was informed that the Dr at this office, I was referred to, could not perform the surgery that was necessary. Dr Truong was suggested. When I was notified by email the message stated that I had an appointment with the Dr I had originally requested. I was told it was a"typo". Later I was sent a message to visit their portal for a visit with Dr N..... Dr. Truong was professional and also reassuring. She performed the surgery well and I would definitely use her again (although I hope not to have to).
Dr. Truong performed a procedure on me yesterday. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. I was very pleased when I left there.
