I have used Valley Oil for 14 years. Reliable service, good prices, and friendly, helpful customer service.
I always have to call when I am near empty, and the person always tells me there is "enough." When I was at empty, and the technician arrived, he was very condescending, opening my tank and telling me I still had enough oil. I am looking for another company where personnel listens to customers.

Let me start by saying I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years! Last weekend I had an issue with my oil boiler, the gauge was wrong and we had less oil than it measured on tank. I had a service man from another company out as the heat kept cutting off but it was 1/4 tank. He suggested we get a delivery ASAP I was already on schedule for a delivery that following Tuesday so I called Valley Oil on Monday and requested to be moved up.
