Very kind and listened to me.
Visit was good.
Everyone was helpful and took great care of me. I got my new CPAP and I am now sleeping great!
Overall the experience was good. However I was told to arrive at 8:30 to get hooked up to the probes, then I was informed the tech would not be in till 9-9:15. I fell asleep waiting only to be woken when he did come in. He did his job and left , I went back to sleep. In the night he came in and hooked me up to the mask, which I was informed of that possibility, but he returned several more times to make adjustments, which woke me each time. comfortable and relaxing
It went as well as I expected. Had a hard time with getting used to wearing the device but finally passed out. Scott did a great job showing me how the device worked and how to use.
Very professional and clearly exhibit knowledge with sleep disorders. Doctor did ask many pertinent questions. Very good experience. I am still early in treatment but am confident issues will be resolved.
The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite, prompt and efficient. They made me comfortable and relaxed.
Tiffany is such a pro. She was very professional as well as having concern for my well being and comfort. I brought my own pillow and that made a big difference. I also used a non-narcotic sleeping pill. This was my 2nd try. When setting up the appointment, it would be helpful to have the person tell you that you can do it.
