Very helpful staff.
First consultation. Had an RN take my consult. She asked good questions. Made me really think about my sleep patterns. Staff was extremely helpful.
Everything went fine but there is a slight lack of complete communication, I.e., where the office is located specifically (in a very large complex); in the written instructions, there are references to a folder but there was no folder; for me, the directions for the black probe were somewhat unspecific. It was hard to understand the girl who gave me the Lito lunch because she was wearing a mask and I’m little hearing-challenged when I picked up the equipment. However, everyone was friendly and helpful
It was orderly, timely and a good experience.
Everyone is kind and courteous, they are patient centered!! They listen and try to fill the needs and answer the questions. I love the great follow up! They do what they say they will do!
