The room was warm and welcoming and the bed was very comfortable.
No wasa good listener and made good suggestions. She was Very knowledgeable and quick to understand

The tech could see I was having difficulty getting to sleep. I would have thought he would have come in and asked if there was anything he could do to try and make it more comfortable, at least ask when he came in after I went to the bathroom. He was still very nice. It was a horrible night sleep for me. I don't blame it on the tech, just a suggestion.
Courteous and explained reports well
Communication with scheduler has been very poor. My first appointment was cancelled 15 minutes prior to the appointment time after I drove over 20 miles to get there. My rescheduled appointment was not confirmed on a timely basis forcing me to call to confirm before making another 20 mile drive. After my sleep study I felt like not enough time was spent with me to explain everything properly? It would have been nice to offer me something to drink while I was at the study.
