I had an 8:30 appointment and the technician was helping one other person besides me. That worked well. Sonce I am a current patient, checking took about 30 seconds and they led me to my private room and bathroom. The staff were friendly but not chatty. The facility was clean and the room was completely dark. Wonderful. The technician put electrodes on my legs, upper chest, and head.
